To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Refund requests must be made within two (2) days of your initial purchase,and only if you have not downloaded or exported any logo files from your account.
Each subscription renewa (weekly, monthly, or annual) is treated as a separate purchase and is subject to the same refund policy.
Refunds will not be issued once a premium plan has been used to download logos, even if within the two-day window.
Renewal refunds will not be granted once the new billing period has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind, dissatisfaction with logo design options, or failure to cancel before the renewal date.
